does any one have any information about dental public health residency?
u need to have a DDS or BDS and MPH. Is it worth joining if given admission cause its one of the post doctoral residency

Yup u need- BDS/DDS/DMD+ MPH to get in.

Is it worth???? depends on what you want to do. It can be helpful with DDS/DMD admissions, if you are trying to get into one.
