Dental school science GPA (retaking classes)

I was just browsing at the dental school application website I remembered that both the first class and the retaken class is included in the science GPA. is this true? is this also true for medical school science gpa? thanks.

Yes, it is true. *All* grades are included in your application, except for "P"s from Pass/Fail classes. Everything else should be included -- even retakes.
