Dental specialty core examination advice

Please guide me for specialty core examination as nothing is clear on website and I want to know about this examination pattern. What is the syllabus And how to prepare ?
And do I only have to give this examination and directly I am eligible to practice there?
Please guide me if anyone can help me.
