It just looked like a compilation of a series of questions. It could potentially be helpful but you need to ask him exactly how many questions are on the CD, if there's any review material included and to send you some more sample quesitons.

It can eitehr be a scam or a real thing. I honestly can't tell...it's probably not legit. BUt if you need some pratice questions it *might* be helpful...
