Hi everyone,
I am a Canadian student, about to finish my first year in dentistry.
I hate to say this but I do not enjoy dentistry as much as thought I would and I am developing interest more towards medicine.
For those who might know, am I allowed to apply to medicine (as in although I am enrolled in a different profession) given that I am at an early stage of dentistry?
Also, if I am eligible to apply to medicine, what would be consequences if I do not indicate "dentistry" as part of my education. I wonder if they would find this out by any means. I am hesitant to inform them about my enrollment in dentistry as chances are they would most likely grill me on "changing professions" if interviews are granted.
Thanks a lot in advance and I would greatly appreciate your feedbacks on this matter.
Yours, lost soul
