The Department of Dermatology at the University of California San Diego has an opening for a Clinical Research Fellow starting July 1, 2016. The UCSD Dermatology Clinical Trials Unit is under the direction of Tissa Hata, MD in close collaboration with Richard Gallo, MD, PhD. The Clinical Trials Unit has a broad range of trials ranging from industry-sponsored therapeutic trials to NIH-sponsored investigator-initiated trials. The fellow will therefore gain experience in designing research protocols and conducting clinical trials on therapeutic agents being tested for common dermatologic diseases.
Only applicants who are graduates of ACGME-accredited medical schools who are eligible for a California Medical License will be considered.
