Dermatopathology Fellowship Positions

I am starting to apply to dermpath spots for 2012. Seems like places are taking people out of the womb because some spots are filled already. Please post any places that you know are filled...to help the rest of us out. Or if you're not positive...just write how sure you are. Also if a place is taking only derm or only path...hopefully, we can help each other out in this dreaded mess that is finding a dermpath fellowship
