Diagnostic Exam: AAMC 3 vs Kaplan or TPR?

If I want to take a diagnostic exam prior to starting my MCAT prep, which would you recommend?

AAMC 3 or Kaplan's free online test or TPR's free online test or EK #1H?

I have read in the threads and the consensus is that AAMC is a more accurate predictor of actual MCAT scores, however people say AAMC exams 7-10 are the best predictors and that AAMC3 is easier than the actual exam.

So would you recommend taking AAMC 3 as a diag over TPR/Kapan?

I wouldn't take any diagnostic test. To me, that's a waste of a FL. Wait until you actually have some studying done before testing yourself.
