Did anyone match at Virginia for IM?

I absolutely love the Charlottesville area and I was wondering if anyone matched there for IM. Is it a good program? What kind of credentials does one need to be competitive there?

UVa is definitely located in a really nice city. I interviewed there for PM&R and my bf interviewed there for IM. He really liked the program, the residents and the location. Charlottesville in itself is a nice, 'quaint' place, but it is a little isolated, the reason why we didn't rank it so high. But it sounds like you're from Va so you may not mind that. The IM program is strong, competitive (but not impossible) and people get great fellowships coming out of there. The nice weather is also a plus. So good luck! One of my classmates will be going there in July.
