I dont mean full reading, but I've been told by numerous sources (again now by the DIT guy) that the first 7 chapters are clutch.

Should I read those chapters, or just look at pictures and captions and stuff?
330 pages in that book would probably take enough time to grow a beard.

I was going to, but never got around to it. I did do the Robbins Q book, though, and I think they suggest to use that after reading the book, because the questions were very hard. At least I learned some 'Robbins' material...

Same thing happened to me. I was planning on reading the first few chapters but decided to do other stuff instead. I too did the Robbins Review Question book. This book is great for reviewing what you learn in Rapid Review Pathology. I did the corresponding block of questions for each chapter in RR Path.
