Did anyone waitlisted at UCSF receive a financial aid letter?

I got this letter requesting me to apply for financial aid for UCSF. Is it some type of safety precaution lest that I do get in but missed the financial aid application deadline? Has anyone done this AND the CSS Financial Aid Profile (which takes forever to fill out and costs a little money to submit)?
