No. Go to their website and fill out the on-line form and they will send you a secondary. Don't worry about all the weird fields in the form that you can't figure out what to input. They don't care if you leave them blank.

I go to CWRU and they told me that they sent out secondaries to every applicant.

I was given the impression that my app was screened, but then again I was EDP so it may be a different situation.
