Difference between "Experience Name" and "Organization Name"

I'm not sure what the difference is between "Experience Name" and "Organization Name".

For example, if I volunteered at UW Hospital, my Experience Name would be UW Hospital Volunteer and Organization Name should be UW Hospital?

Also, if I was a VP of a organization, would my experience name and organization name both be the name of the organization?

If they are the same, should I just not put anything in the Organization Name field?
