I'm going through Cincinnati's secondary, and you have to specify the type of LORs you are submitting.

My relevant choices are "committee" or "pre-professional"

Either way I don't think it matters much. My school has a pre-health committee. They compile a composite of my LORs I have submitted to them. Then they send that single letter out.

i would probably classify that committee letter. pre-professional sounds like they do that for any profesional career, i.e. law, business, etc. but im not sure. call them, PM me if you need their admissions number, it is a bit hard to find on their website.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that you have a committee letter!
