I have a test tomorrow and I can't find any information on these. I know unilocular (of Echinococcus granulosus) is one compartment as opposed to many compartments in multilocular (from E. multilocularis), but the teacher was saying that something about the multilocular cysts that they have some property that makes them dangerous (or it could be the other way around). Actually I don't remember, but if anyone could tell me their abilities to move around and things like that. Sorry if this is the wrong forum.
