Digital vs. Print Photos

Can someone from last year's applicant pool comment on how many schools required an actual print photo and how many wanted us to just upload a photo? Also what are the size limits on these photos?

Does anyone remember if they submitted print photos that were 4 by 6
or 3 by 5
or 2 by 2?

Does anyone remember the pixel limits on the photos they had to upload?

Schools I applied to either requested a digital photo or gave the option of either. I recall pixel limits being pretty small. It will say when you upload what the limit is, so you can just resize to fit.
