Do Air Force Residencies Care About Pre-Accredited Schools vs Accredited Schools?

I was recently accepted into VCOM and KansasCOM, and am trying to choose between the two. KansasCOM has pre-accreditation status due to opening only last year, and should receive accreditation by the time I graduate. My question is whether or not Air Force residencies will be less likely to select me for having graduated from a newer school?

They may not allow you to use the HPSP
Scholarship for pre accredited programs. Confirm with your recruiter because I would guess they would say you must attend the accredited school
