Some schools request secondaries from everyone that applies. Other schools screen before they ask for secondaries, so it just depends on where you apply. Of the schools that screen some have minimum requirements and some look over the applications and then decide if they want you to senda secondary. For me most of the schools didn't screen so I had a lot of secondary requests.
