Do Canadian residents have chance to match to US residency after finishing their training?

Hi there,

Is it possible to do another residency in the US after finishing a Canadian residency?
Medical school YOG: 2020.
USMLE I/II/III: 260+
Pubs: 5+.
What are the chances? How difficult it is to do a different residency in the US ( I am switching because I don't completely love my current residency).

It's possible, but you're probably going to need a letter from your PD or faculty in you residency saying you were a good resident and why you would succeed in a second residency, otherwise the perception will be you were terminated from your program or failed out.
