any class you recieved a grade for you would fill out in amcas. ie i took summerschool at community college but i had to send in my community college transcripts to amcas, therefor i had to report the grades recieved even though i only got credit. although since we're talkin about overseas i dont know if they expect you to get a transcript from that university since it would be difficult. i would look into it. if you didnt even recieve a grade there; then no you wouldnt have to report it to amcas, just fill out that you got credit.

No, the grades are not counted, and they will know that you took those classes only if you transferred them to the college in the US.
