Do Emory and Columbia have the same reputation

I keep hearing that most schools in the top 10 are basically fairly equivalent... I'm into global epi at Emory and epi with infectious diseases at columbia. not sure if i want to end up at cdc or a health department. i felt way more at home at emory but love new york. wasn't sure if one was the "right" place to go to based on where it can get me.
