Do Harvard Grads Usually Go into Research after Dental School?

I heard that many students at Harvard tend to continue a career in academia rather than a clinical setting. Is that true? Does Harvard not encourage students to become general practioners? I was just curious if anyone had any thoughts. Thanks.

I dont know the answer to your question, but your stats are awesome! do you want to go into research? if so, I am sure Harvard would be the obvious choice.

I got the feeling from my interview at Harvard that nearly all of the students go onto specialty school, so not right into research...but they all do research while in dental school, which helps them get into specialty.
