Do I have a shot at any Texas schools?

Overall gpa- 3.56
Science gpa- 3.53
Non-science gpa- 3.68
Major gpa- 3.74

I am also considering applying to DO schools and calculated my gpa according to their system of grade replacement-

DO Overall gpa- 3.65
DO science gpa- 3.63

MCAT- 30

yes im a tx resident.

in the case of tcom, i know that my gpa wont change as they follow the tmdas system.

I have had friends with much lower scores (both GPA and MCAT) get interviews to texas schools so I would say you definitely stand a chance. However, your chance will be dependent on how early you apply. Its incredible important to get your TMDSAS application in as early as possible (early June is preferable). The later you apply the less chance you have of getting an interview, even if you had excellent scores.
