I am applying this June for medical school and I was wondering if I have enough clinical volunteer hours. I have a 100 hours in an international clinic and I will be volunteering close to a 100 hours in the 3 months left before applying. Is too problemtic that I am doing my hours in a clumped fashion rather than spreading them out?
The overseas mission will be discounted as medical tourism.

100 hours just before applying smells of box checking. Take a gap year and get in > 150 hrs.

Consistency and commitment are desired. If you had no choice but to get those hours (domestic experience) clumped in the recent past, it's better than zero but may not be as impressive compared to your fellow applicants with similar GPA/MCAT scores.
