Do I have to take ALL of the premed classes to get admitted to medical school?

I’m planning to matriculate into a Master of Arts in Teaching Biology Grades 9-12 and some of the prerequisites for that degree include Pre-Calculus, General Chemistry 1 and 2, and General Physics 1 and 2.

Could I just take the MCAT after that and submit medical school applications?

This will be 100% school-specific. Many schools do require Biochem, and two years of Chem through Organic.

Other say "strongly recommend". How do you interpret that?

I've noticed from your post history that you're all over the place in what appears to be trying to find the best but easiest route to medical school. Getting a teaching MS is not one of them.
