Medical Do I need to disclose an old marijuana arrest in the "Misdemeanor" section in the AMCAS application?

I have misdemeanor for possession of marijuana, which occurred in 2012, but I completed deferred adjudication probation and my case was dismissed. Do I need to disclose that information since my case was dismissed and I was not convicted?

It depends upon what the prompt asks for. If it asks for convictions, then you answer no. If it asks for arrests then answer if you were arrested and explain.

In the worst case scenario you check the box and explain, and own the transgression. Keep in mind that this happened seven years ago, and all of us were young and stupid once too.
