Do I really have to report grades from community college classes I took in high school?

So, just to get this straight, medical schools want me to report the career seminar course I took as a freshman in high school at a community college seven years ago? And because I got a B in some class I took as a kid before I knew I wanted to be a doctor I am punished for it?

My kindergarten teacher wrote in my report card that I need to work on sharing my toys...should I report this as well, or should I just address it in my personal statement?

Yes, it must be reported.
You are not being singled out.
Everyone is held to this requirement.

I'm sorry if this makes me sound petty. But it is legitimately frustrating. I was an absolutely miserable student in high school, so I really embraced the whole philosophy of leaving high school in the past now that college is the only thing that matters. I got into my university by the skin of my teeth and that really incited me to do as well as I possibly could and in many ways succeeded, but my application will have a piece of that fourteen-year-old that I've been trying to shed. Oh well, such is life.
