I'm not an expert on med school app... but...
What year are you? Your GPA seems to be fine to me (at least it's way better than mine) , especially if you still have time to improve
For your EC, your research experience seems to be balanced between basic and clinical as well. Just do well on your MCAT!

cGPA: 3.6
sGPA; 3.63
MCAT: taking it this summer

EC's:

  • Sales consultant at a business firm - 1 year
  • (Paid) Part time research assistant in psychology: 1 year
  • (Paid) Full-time research assistant in neuroscience: 1 summer
  • Weekly research assistant at a rehab center: 6 months
  • Weekly research assistant at a hospital: 6 months
  • Tutoring
Additional information:

  • Upward trend
  • Lived in various countries
  • Frequent traveler
  • Living in the most multicultural city on earth induced cultural and religious insensitivity
  • Excellent LOR's from academic and research professors
I'm just so uncertain about the strengths and weaknesses of my application. I want to ask you guys what my chances are and what I should improve upon.
Exactly what is your clinical experience interacting with sick people in the hospital and hospice?

What physician shadowing will you have done by application time?
What is your nonmedical community service?
Any leadership?
How long did you tutor?

Stats-wise you can look here: http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=888650
and see historic chances depending on various potential MCAT outcomes and your cGPA.
