Still good, but if you feel nursing is not for you, you might want to just drop out. The downward trend isn't good, but it's not like you went down to a 2.0 GPA. With a strong MCAT, I think you'll be fine.
 
Since you did the nursing program, and if you choose not to drop out, you should def try to stay in the profession for about a year since med schools don't like t poach other health professions. Be sure your MCAT is competitive though, since alot will ride on that.
