DO match and MD match ERAS question

Just wondering, if I submit my ERAS application for osteopathic programs, will I have to go back into my application at a later time and resubmit another list of allopathic programs I am applying to? Just wasn't really sure. I know a couple of the DO programs I am applying to also do the MD match as well. I planned on applying both ways to try to double my chances of getting into the program.

If you plan to apply to Allo only programs, then yes you'll be submitting apps again in mid September. If you're applying to dual programs, you'll need to ask them whether you have to apply twice. I expect the answer will be no -- that they can rank you in both systems with one application. But it's completely up to them. Totally reasonable question to ask. Check their websites first -- they may answer it there.
