Hello,
Just wanted to find out if anyone is aware of medical schools out there who give credit for classes completed in the PharmD curriculum? I am aware of a Ph.D. student who got credit for some classes, but I wanted to see if I could save tuition money. I would appreciate any info on this.

Most med schools don't "give credit" for any equivalent classes taken prior to entry, nor do they charge by the credit. I've heard of some schools where they might let you test out of some parts of the preclinical curriculum, such as biochemistry, but this wouldn't save you any money and plus if you've already taken a class, it's in your interest to take it again in med school and do well (this would help your class rank).

Pre-med issue and now moved to Pre-Allo. Allopathic medical students read and respond to threads in Pre-Allo and may follow and respond to this one if desired.
