Do medical schools accept students that failed one college classes

Yes, but you should have a long history of good grades since.
 
+1 -- I know someone who did this, but he completed years of post-bacc courses before gaining admission.
 
I have two Fs on my transcript and have been accepted into a top 25. This is after several years of stellar grades, though.

+1 to this. As long as you know why you failed and how you improved I honestly don't think it's a big deal. Your final overall GPA should still be as high as you can get it. Good luck!
 
I failed 1 community college class.

Didn't you just ask the same thing in another thread you started?
One F will not bar you from med school but it will need to be addressed in secondaries and in interviews when the time comes
