Do medical schools pay for their students to attend conferences?

I'm sure it's school-dependent, but how common is it for medical schools to pay travel expenses for scientific conferences?

For presenters? Usually the department you're doing research with will pay for it if you're presenting research there, if your PI is funded and has a grant with sufficient money, most mature labs will. If you're attending it for educational purposes, the med school might, but it is really variable. Our school has a travel fund for it but it gets depleted rather fast.
