Do online classes count for AMCAS application GPA calculation?

I'm planing to take three of my prerequisites online this semester since that is the only way they are offered in my school. Do adcoms consider these courses equivalent to regular courses? Do these courses count for AMCAS application GPA calculation?

Yes, all college classes from accredited schools are calculated into your GPA. I don't think your transcript shows whether the class was taken online or in a classroom, so AMCAS have no way of knowing anyway. Hope that helps.
