DO Ortho residencies, help me out

Alright, I've got a list of Ortho surg sites that are DO programs, but which ones are good? I know Mich and Ohio are good , but what about Des Peres, St. Louis and Kansas City or Tulsa, OK? I would even take "word on the street" info if you got it.
