Do PDs see the CV or myERAS view of our applications?

Just wondering if PDs actually see what we see in the CV or myERAS view or if they see something completely different after we submit.

Any info would be helpful.

PS - If anyone has advice on whether to fill in "Reason for Leaving" on the ERAS Experiences section or leave it blank, I'd love to hear it. I've read all the old threads and it seems that people have conflicting opinions which I guess may mean it doesn't matter.
