Do people have to report?

My friend asked me this the other day - Does she need to report something as minor as a parking ticket (citation)?

Some secondaries ask if you have any misdemeanors though. For those, my state classifies nearly all traffic violations as misdemeanors. I've just explained the facts pretty concisely. "My state classifies traffic violations as misdemeanors. In 20xx, I was at fault for Y. I was charged with Z"

I figure it's best to just list it. I didn't find out these were misdemeanors until after I submitted my primary. With that said, I plan to just explain the situation if I'm ever asked about it/it wasn't on a secondary.

I'm guessing the update is only if it's classified as a misdemeanor, correct? I appreciate the input!
