Do Pharm school look at overall GPA or just pre-reqs??? Please help

I am deciding to pursue Pharmacy and was wondering does Pharmacy school look at only the pre-reqs GPA for pharmacy or do they look at overall GPA (classes that I have taken that does not relate to pharmacy school.) The reason why i asked is b/c I took a business class and did made a c in it. =(

From my understanding, schools look at cumulative, science, and pre-req.
Most schoos require minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA and 2.75 science GPA
