Come residency time, do residency PDs have to or need to see every transcript of every med school one went to? What if one initially began at one school, but withdrew away because the school or location wasn't mutually fitting?
Do residencies reject applicants if they have a few Ws or Fs (hopefully less than 2 or 3 total) even though they scored 220 to 250 Step 1 scores, and good score for 2 CS and CK? For IMGs, would you recommend taking step 3 before residency app? Is it a bonus to have Steps 1, 2,3 all there?
