Do residency programs ever see or access your MCAT scores and college GPA? If so, is it used by them as a criteria for choosing or eliminating applicants?

I don't think they see your MCAT and college GPA... unless for some reason your school included it on your med school transcript (and I don't think mine did).

And it isn't asked in ERAS to enter your GPA or MCAT. :)
