Do schools allow you to make minor changes after submitting secondaries?

I submitted my secondary to one school and made a few small mistakes, namely that my last name appears twice since Chrome Auto-fill put my last name into the middle name box. Also, I entered the wrong amount of hours for my pre-req coursework for my two organic chemistry lectures (I put 3 hours instead of 4). If I called next week and told them about this, would they update this info on their end? Also, does this reflect poorly on me by making me seem inattentive or is it a small enough error to be overlooked?
