I'm in the process of completing and submitting a supplemental application to a particular school. On the application, it asks me to list all other pharmacy schools to which I will be applying. I don't recall this question from any other school when I applied last year. I don't have a problem listing the other schools, but I'm just curious as to why they may want to know. Does anyone know why they'd ask this?

Since they have access to your application on Pharmcas ,they already know what schools are you applying to.I know someone that was asked that question on the interview at Nova.Followed by other ,If you were accepted at those others school which would you choose?

PharmCAS isn't supposed to share that information with other schools. In fact, I read that. Let me peruse their website and see if I can find it.

EDIT: I can't seem to find that on their website, so I've e-mailed them. I'll let you know what they say.

Just a heads up, FutureRxGirl, I was asked by my interviewer at MWU-CPG about what other schools I had applied to. I don't know why he wanted to know; I'm thinking maybe he wanted to know if I was accepted at those other schools, would I decline acceptance at Midwestern??? And I'm a little paranoie too...I thought maybe he's already decided that he's not going to accept me, and he just wants to know that I'll have a chance of being accepted somewhere else. I don't think it's cool that he asked; it caught me off guard, and I had only applied to UT-Austin as well. I tried to let him know that MWU was my first choice. I don't know if that made me look stupid for applying to so few schools, or like a brown-noser for saying MWU was my first choice, buy hey, I was accepted. 👍
