Do they water down your AA if...?

Do they negate the high value of an AA (like 24 for instance) if a big part of that was a result of the QR section being like a 27-30?

I mean admission officers. I only ask b/c QR is the least important. So does a high AA have a lower value If the QR is what is making it robust? Lets assume that no other section is below 21.

So then your TS would have a higher weight in that situation? I'm asking if the order of importance would still be AA>TS>RC>everything else
