A lot of programs don't fill even thopugh there aren't enough osteo spots for everyone. Does this mean that most DO's do allo residencies?

That's what it seems like just looking at the site.

Yes I think around 60% of DOs do MD residencies. Also, the unfilled slots listed on that site are pre-scramble. I think a good # of DOs scramble into DO internships after participating in the NRMP.
