I love to draw,sketch,air brush ect ect. I spend a lot of my free time doing this stuff so its a big part of who I am, how do I document this though? Do I even have to for applications?

oh, draw them a picture...

and then consider this: it's "it's," and it's "etc." as in short for "et cetera."

sorry, but sloppy writing is a real red flag for some people---fingernails on a chalkboard, ya know?
 
Normally, I don't advise putting random hobbies into AMCAS, but you might want to if it did take up a lot of your time. If you were recognized for your artwork or attended any conferences/workshops, then definitely put it down. Otherwise, I think you'd be well-served by saving it for the secondary or an interview.
