Do you have to have every single prerequisite done before you apply to dental school? for example i have not done Organic Chem lab yet, but have completed the lecture portions. I am taking orgo lab in the fall. Do you think that is bad? also some schools like USC ask for in Fine Arts classes, which I have not taken, how does that weigh in?

I was accepted to Harvard without two of the pre-reqs. You simply have to complete them before matriculation at any dental school. They will ask you why you haven't taken it yet, however, and I would have a good answer. For example, at Harvard they asked me why I hadn't taken biochem and calc 2. Simply enough, I told them b/c they were the only school I applied to that required them as pre-reqs and I wasn't going to take them if I didn't need to.

Apparently that was a good enough answer.
