Do you have to send transcripts for your 9th-12 grade for amcas?

Nope, just college - but high school is a good way to discipline yourself for the rigor of not only college but med school as well!

No, you don't send in high school courses.

But you do send transcripts if you took college courses while you were still in high school (dual enrollment)
