Do you have to wear scrub at IUSD from the year 1? What is the policy there? Does anyone know?

Nope. Scrubs are fine at any point, but a pretty ordinary business-casual dress code applies too. The two biggest restrictions are no jeans in clinic, and no shorts in lab.
