Do you know the best way to get cash now???

[curious lately]

I understand that loans aren't disbursed until after school starts. Does anyone know how emergency loans work and how soon you can get those? I need money definitely by end of June no matter what because that is the latest I can move out. Does anyone know any options for me? I would rather avoid private loans since I just hear they're bad news. Are there any other options that would get me the cash I need to get a place before school starts. My parents may or may not help me (they are non committal) so I need to have a back up plan. Thanks!

I think it is safe to say if you can get family to lend you money for a month that is your best bet. Other than that, use credit cards to give you a bit of extra time until the statement comes and perhaps you will get your disbursement by then. When is your disbursement date?
