My boyfriend has one foot that is very different from the other. His bad foot has toenail fungus, the skin is pale, very rough, and flaky. His good foot is pink, very soft, and no fungus under any of the nails. The difference between these feet is drastic. Both feet have a good ped pulse, and the same sensation. Does anyone know what might be causing this? He has had this problem as long as he can remember and tells me that his father and grandfather have a similar problem with one "bad foot".
